Residence Hall

Reservations for staying in the Campus1 MTL Residence Halls are being accepted ONLY through the ASV 2025 Registration Site. This option is offered as a 5-night package for arrival on Sunday, July 13, and departure on Friday, July 18. You will not be able to check-in prior to the arrival date or stay beyond the listed departure date.   

Room Details

2 Bed 1 Bath Suite: 2 private bedrooms, 1 bathroom. 2 Twin Beds. Bed and bath linen will be provided. Bathrooms will be stocked with toilet paper. Daily buffet-style breakfast is included is available from 7:30 am to 10:30 am weekdays; 7:30 am to 11:30 am weekends Individual locking bedroom doors 24-hour, card-controlled access

Transportation

Campus 1 MTL is 0.8 miles from the convention center.

Please Note: Shuttle services will not be provided to the Palais des congrès de Montréal. Guests are encouraged to utilize Montréal’s wonderful metro/bus system to the convention center or plan for a 15-minute walk to the convention center.  For more information on the transportation options and to purchase a transit pass, visit https://www.stm.info/en/info/advice/visitors. The closest metro station to Campus1 MTL is a 2-minute walk.

Housekeeping Services

• Partial Housekeeping Services (Towel Change and Bed Refresh) are offered every 3 days.
• Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building
• TVs, Gaming, and Entertainment are available in common lounges

Check-In and Check-Out Times

Check-In Time: Any time after 4:00 PM on July 13
Check-Out Time: Any time before 10:00 AM on July 18
