Click on the “New Registration” button and follow the prompts.

A registration confirmation email is sent automatically once you have completed your online registration. It serves as your official invoice and is sent to the email address you used to register (as well as the email in the “additional email address” field, if entered).

If you have not received your registration confirmation, please follow these steps:

1. Wait 60 minutes after registering. Occasionally registration confirmations are slightly delayed if the system is particularly busy.
2. Check your clutter and spam folders.
3. Email Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com and request that your registration confirmation be resent.

Conference registration includes:

• All registrants receive an electronic PDF of the abstract book and access to the mobile app.
• In-person registration includes attendance at all program and social events, meeting materials, access to the exhibit/poster hall, Monday's Welcome Reception, lunches on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, and dinners on Tuesday and Wednesday. 
• Virtual registration includes online streaming of the Keynote lecture, plenary symposium sessions, satellite workshops, and State-of-the-Art lectures. Sessions will be available for 30 days after the end of the meeting.
• Please note: Satellite Workshops require an additional fee to attend in person. Registration at one satellite workshop allows you to attend talks at any satellite. Satellite registration can be added by modifying your registration.

One-day registrations are not available for this conference.

Yes, on-site registration for the conference is available during posted registration hours beginning at 4:00 pm on Sunday, June 23 at the Registration Desk.

Yes! A link to create your own personalized letter of invitation to ASV 2024 is included in your registration confirmation letter. If you need a letter prior to registering, please contact the ASV office at asv@asv.org. See also our fact sheet about obtaining visitor visas for ASV 2024 here.

There are no group or press discounts offered for this Conference.

To modify your registration please email Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com.

Payment of a $50 administrative fee enables you to transfer your registration to another person, simply by emailing Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. Substitutions will be transferred at the same rate as the original registration. Substitutions can be made at any time.

We understand that events may occur that prevent you from attending the conference. We are happy to accommodate a refund for your purchase if you are unable to find a substitute prior to the deadline. Cancellation requests must be made in writing by emailing Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. Cancellations received by June 1, 2024, will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for cancellation requests after June 1, 2024. Refunds of credit card payments will be made to the same account used for the payment.

If, for any reason, the conference should be canceled, ASV will refund the registration fee. The conference is not responsible for the refund of airfare, hotel, or other costs.

Cancellation of individual conference items received by June 1, 2024, will receive a full refund. We are unable to offer a refund after June 1, 2024. Substitutions for optional items can be made without a charge by emailing Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com.

Yes, a Certificate of Attendance will be available after the conference on request by contacting the ASV office at asv@asv.org.

You will be able to enter any dietary restrictions or special needs information during the registration process. A member of our team will be in contact to assist you, if necessary. Please note that due to vendor limitations, some requests may be combined (i.e., receiving a meal that is dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegetarian) or not accommodated.

Registered guests are invited to attend the welcome reception, evening socials, lunches, dinner on Tuesday and Wednesday, and the dance. Up to three guests can accompany a fully-registered attendee. Guest registration does not include meals during the satellite workshops or dinner on Thursday night at the Hilton Columbus. Guest tickets can be purchased separately for the Thursday night dinner. If you are staying in the OSU Residence Hall and your guest is planning to stay in a room with you, please contact Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com to register them.
