The virtual portion of ASV 2023 will only be streams of the Satellite Symposiums, Keynote, Plenary Symposiums, and the State-of-the-Art lectures. Abstract presentations, both oral and poster, will be in-person only and will not be streamed.

All attendees of ASV 2023 are strongly encouraged to be fully vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19 and to wear a well-fitting, high quality mask onsite, but these are not required.

Registration FAQs

Click on the “New Registration” button and follow the prompts.

A registration confirmation email is sent automatically once you have completed your online registration. It serves as your official invoice and is sent to the email address you used to register (as well as the email in the “additional email address” field, if entered).

If you have not received your registration confirmation, please follow these steps:

  1. Wait 60 minutes after registering. Occasionally registration confirmations are slightly delayed if the system is particularly busy.
  2. Check your clutter and spam folders.
  3. Email Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.comand request that your registration confirmation be resent.

Conference registration includes:

  • Electronic PDFs of the abstract book, access to the mobile app, and certificate of attendance (please request certificate during the online registration process).
  • In-person registration includes name badge, registration materials, and entry to keynote, plenary lectures, oral and poster sessions, lunch and dinner workshops, exhibit/poster hall. It also includes attendance at the Welcome Reception, lunch on Sunday – Tuesday and dinner on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, and the Tuesday evening dance.
  • Please note: Satellite Workshops require an additional fee to attend in person.
  • Virtual registration includes online streaming of the Keynote lecture, plenary symposium sessions, satellite symposia, and State-of-the-Art lectures. Sessions will be available for 30 days after the meeting.

One-day registrations are not available for this conference.

Yes, on-site registration for the conference is available during posted registration hours beginning at 4:00 pm on Friday, June 23 at the Registration Desk.

There are no group or press discounts offered for this Conference.

To modify your registration please email Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com.

Payment of a $50 administrative fee enables you to transfer your registration to another person, simply by emailing Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. Substitutions will be transferred at the same rate as the original registration. Substitutions can be made at any time.

We understand that events may occur that prevent you from attending the conference. We are happy to accommodate a refund for your purchase if you are unable to find a substitute prior to the deadline. Cancellation requests must be made in writing by emailing Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. Cancellations received by June 1, 2023, will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for cancellation requests after June 1, 2023. Refunds of credit card payments will be made to the same account used for the payment.

If, for any reason, the conference should be canceled, ASV will refund the registration fee. The conference is not responsible for the refund of airfare, hotel, or other costs.

Cancellations of individual conference items received by June 1, 2023, will receive a full refund. We are unable to offer a refund after June 1, 2023. Substitutions for optional items can be made without a charge by emailing Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com.

Yes, a Certificate of Attendance will be provided on request (check the box when you register). 

You will be able to enter any dietary restrictions or special needs information during the registration process. A member of our team will be in contact to assist you, if necessary. Please note that due to vendor limitations, some requests may be combined (i.e., receiving a meal that is dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegetarian) or not accommodated.

Registered guests are invited to attend the welcome reception, evening socials, and all meals including the Tuesday dinner and dance. Up to three guests can accompany a fully-registered attendee. Guest registration does not include meals during the satellite workshops. If you are staying in UGA Housing and your guest is planning to stay in a room with you, please contact Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com to secure their booking.
