At ASV annual meetings, sponsors and exhibitors are able to connect with virologists from all over the world. The meeting usually attracts 1400-1800 national and international scientists for a program crafted from over 1000 participant-submitted abstracts, 20 invited symposium speakers, and 6 distinctive State-of-the-Art speakers.

Exhibiting at ASV 2023
Exhibit tables will be located in the Classic Center’s Grand Hall, along with the ASV poster presentations, to give ASV exhibitors maximum exposure.

Each exhibitor will be provided with one skirted, linen-covered six-foot exhibit table and full conference registration for one company representative, which includes access to all scientific sessions at the Classic Center (beginning Saturday at 3:30 pm), receptions, refreshment breaks, conference materials, and meals. Once payment is received, you will receive a link to register your representative. Additional representatives will be charged $500 when registering.
Exhibit space is limited. Early exhibitor registration (before June 1, 2023) is advised. Once payment is received, an exhibitor services form for ordering electrical and internet services, as well as shipping information, will be sent to you by email.
