ASV Hotel Blocks
Discounted blocks have been reserved at the below lodging locations with various cut off dates. All rooms are subject to availability and regular rates.
Please use the direct links and/or access codes to receive the conference rate. Booking lodging accommodation does not register you for the conference.
Hotel reservations are only possible via the below links or by contacting the hotel directly. No one will contact you directly to book your hotel room or offer you a “special discounted conference rate.” If you receive one of these calls or emails, it is a scam.
Many of the hotels that ASV has room blocks with for ASV 2023 are currently sold out. However, there is still space available at the UGA residence hall. We will continue to update the website as space opens up at the ASV contracted properties.

About Athens
Nicknamed the Classic City, Athens is best known for being the eclectic home town of the University of Georgia (UGA), the nation’s first state-chartered University and its largely intact nineteenth-century townscape. UGA is most recently known for their football team, the Georgia Bulldogs, win at the 2021 College Football National Championship. When you enter the official Bulldawg territory, you immerse yourself in a diverse world full of history, pride, art, gastronomy, and music.
Nestled in the foothills of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, along the Oconee River, Athens was a powerhouse in textile manufacturing supplied by the vast cotton plantations nearby. The University drew not only prominent mill owners, merchants, and college professors but also aristocrats who wanted to educate their sons at the university. You can explore Athen’s rich heritage by visiting numerous Victoria-era homes and landmarks such as the Ware-Lyndon House. If you’re looking for opportunities to learn or view the beauty of Southern culture, you can take a trip to the State Botanical Garden of Georgia of the Georgia Museum of Art.
Downtown Athens is vibrant with art galleries, trendy shops, and world-renowned nightclubs such as the Georgia Theater and the 40 Watt Club. Inspired by the town’s creative energy, the budging food scene is full of new discoveries and slowly becoming known as a beer destination with great pubs and breweries.
