Hotel reservations are only possible via the below links or by contacting the hotel directly. No one will contact you directly to book your hotel room or offer you a “special discounted conference rate.” If you receive one of these calls or emails, it is a scam.
Madison Concourse Hotel and Governors Club
Single Room Rate: $189/night plus taxes

The Madison Concourse Hotel and Governors Club is in the heart of the downtown Madison. Guests can walk to dozens of restaurants and shops. The hotel offers an indoor parking garage. Additional parking is available across the street at the State Street Capitol Ramp (214 N. Carroll Street). Please be advised that the parking garage has a low clearance and may not accommodate larger vehicles. A complimentary airport shuttle is available to and from Dane County Regional Airport to all hotel guests. Please use the courtesy phone in the baggage claim area (located between Carousels 1 and 2, near Door 5) to let us know that you have your luggage and are ready to be picked up. The shuttle pick-up area is located outside baggage claim, Door 5. Please make a reservation at the Front Desk for your return trip to the airport. The airport is five miles from the hotel. A 12-minute walk to Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center.
The Graduate

Ogg Hall is located in the southeast campus area on the corner of Park and Dayton streets, offers central air conditioned single and double occupancy rooms with televisions, clock radios, and other amenities. Bathroom facilities serve up to eight guests located immediately adjacent. Kitchens and spacious lounges are located on every floor and laundry facilities are on the first floor. Ogg Hall is connected to a pedestrian mall and is in close proximity to many campus libraries and the Memorial Union.

Traveling to Madison
By Plane
Madison: The Dane County Regional Airport is located 4 miles northeast of downtown Madison. You can continue to the meeting site via taxi, which will cost approximately $25.00. Please visit www.msnairport.com for more information.
Milwaukee: The General Mitchell International Airport (www.mitchellairport.com) is in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, approximately 75 miles east of Madison. You may continue to Madison via car or bus. Please see below for more information on car and bus travel.
Chicago: Chicago, Illinois is located 150 miles southeast of Madison and has two international airports: Midway International Airport and O’Hare International Airport. Both airports can be found by visiting www.ohare.com – passengers can continue to Madison via car or bus; please see below for additional information on both options.
By Bus
Milwaukee: The Badger Coach Bus Line runs six daily trips from Milwaukee’s General Mitchell International Airport to the University of Wisconsin-Madison for $23 one way. The drop off location is located at the corner of Lake and Johnson streets, and is 0.7 miles away from the conference meeting site. Travel time is approximately two hours. Chicago: The Van Galder Bus Company runs several times daily from both O’Hare and Midway Airports, directly to the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus. The drop off location is located at the corner of Lake and Johnson streets, and is 0.7 miles away from the conference meeting site. Greyhound bus lines also run to Madison. Please call (800) 231-2222 for fare and schedule information or visit www.greyhound.com. Taxis are available at the bus terminal, which is approximately 0.6 miles from the conference meeting site.
By Car
Madison lies approximately 150 miles northwest of Chicago (3-hour drive), 75 miles west of Milwaukee (1.5-hour drive) and 270 miles southeast of Minneapolis (4-hour drive).
Parking: Parking in Madison is very limited.

One of the most popular warm weather traditions in Madison and the largest producer-only market in the US is the weekly Farmers’ Market located on the capitol square.
