At ASV annual meetings, sponsors and exhibitors are able to connect with virologists from all over the world. The meeting usually attracts 1200-1500 national and international scientists for a program crafted from 1000 participant-submitted abstracts, 20 invited symposium speakers, and 6 distinctive State-of-the-Art speakers.

Exhibiting at ASV 2022
Exhibits will be in the Lakefront Commons (main entrance to all conference dining and poster sessions) and Meeting Rooms (main floor, site of plenary and workshop sessions). Both locations are directly within key traffic patterns in the Monona Terrace where all symposia, workshops, refreshment breaks and social activities will be held. The proposed Schedule is as follows:

Each exhibitor will be provided a 8’ x 10’ space with one skirted, linen-covered six-foot exhibit table and full registration for one company representative. Registration fee includes exhibit representative access to all scientific sessions at the Monona Terrace (beginning Saturday at 3:30 pm), receptions, refreshment breaks, conference materials and a Monona Terrace meal package for buffet lunches on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, dinners on Sunday and Monday, and the Tuesday evening Anniversary Celebration (dinner, entertainment & dancing!). Additional representatives may be registered for a charge of $300 each.

For Publishers
ASV provides two services for publishers at our annual conference. We will display advertising materials for browsing and selective pickup, or we can insert materials into the participants' meeting folders. Please provide 1,700 inserts for meeting folders. You must register and pay for either service in advance, and we must receive all materials no later than June 27, 2022 (ship to: Laura Richards Wisconsin Union, Conference Management ASV’22 Virology Conference, 800 Langdon St, Madison, WI, 53706).
