Onsite Child Care
New for 2022! ASV is committed to having the annual meeting accessible to all interested virologists. For ASV 2022, ASV has contracted with KiddieCorp (kiddiecorp.com), a national firm that has provided onsite daycare for meetings of national organizations since 1986. This will be provided in the Hilton Monona Terrace.
The cost for the children's program is $10.00 per hour, per child. Children must be registered for a minimum of two consecutive hours per child for each day registered.
If registration does not meet minimum numbers by May 13, 2022, ASV may cancel the program. If this happens, parents will be notified and will not be charged the registration fees.

Oral Workshop Schedule
Per guidance provided by the CDC, ASV is requiring all children eligible for vaccination against COVID-19 to be fully vaccinated in order to attend childcare services. Parents/guardians will be asked to show proof of the eligible child's full vaccination upon check-in at the childcare desk.
